• Power Account Payment Lesion- Receive an assisted client with payments to make towards their Medicaid Power Account Payments.
• Medically Frail Case Manager- Used the Indiana State programming site portal to determine the need for medically frail status.

• Provided therapy services to all ages 6-adults. Using different therapy techniques to work with the wide variety of clients. On-call services in local hospitals.
• 2013-2016
• Behavioral Health Technician/Case Manager in the Adult Rehabilitation Program teaching coping skills, independent living, anger management, and illness management and recovery skills to 18 and older adults who are unable to live independently. Created and effectively ran two groups weekly.
• 2016-2019
• Outpatient Case Manager- working with ages 6-adults to provide parenting skills, coping skills, independent living skills, and organizational skills. Creating and updating treatment plans. Maintained accurate documentation on all cases, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality requirements.
• Gatekeeper to Indiana’s Children’s State Hospitals- Assessed and completed referrals for ages 6-17 for placement in a state hospital inpatient treatment facility.
