Entry level position that really molded the foundation of my financial knowledge. Having a wide variety of duties, majority of my time was spent in office interacting with customers face to face.

• Processed applications, new loans, and refinanced loans,
• Collected customer payments, and managed cash drawer.
• Complete light skip tracing
• Located customers at their home or employer to collect on past due payments (Outside Collections)
• Took daily cash deposit to bank
• Paid monthly bills at beginning of each month.

I truly feel this position helped me learn how to connect to a variety of different people! I greeted customers upon entry and make them feel welcome for choosing IHOP. Took food orders & serviced the customers from start to finish. My paycheck was determined by customer tips, so my goal was to keep the customer happy and have them leave the restaurant with a positive, exciting experience. I always had tables come back to see me. Duties included food handling, extensive cleaning, & stocking of the restaurant. I also learned a lot of the employee to company relationship, & the expectation of that dynamic.

My very first job! I worked here part time during my senior year in High School. Greeting customers as they enter the store, and would assist with any questions they might have. I was responsible for handling the cash register, and check out customers purchasing items in the store. We also did a lot of stocking, cleaning, and organizing to create an appealing environment or atmosphere. We also did gift wrapping, which in my opinion- is a talent alone!
