Since young i have had a passion for medical and empathy for people . i started out as a candy stripped volunteering over 300 hrs to becoming a CNA in 2002 . later going on to becoming a medical assistant and psychiatric Tech and then became license in the state of Oregon as a QMHA / CADAC 1 to help the mental health and substance clients still performing or working in a facility or home health base . i have worked with clients in a compassion and empathetic way throughout the years to ensure clients get the best care in a dignified way
working with clients with either medical or develpmental disabilites or both in their home or care settings to meet their ADL care of living . set by a care plan set by myself of client bases.
working with mental health clients at a 5 bed care facility set by the PSRB board of Oregon . these clients are mentored by staff to manage the care of their crimes through continued education with medical services educating the clients of thier meducations , holding educational groups to help them maintain care and compliance . groups and care set by a care abd saftey plan. development of care plans , quartly reports under the supervison of the head nurse , admin . and therapist. preparing medications , passing and handling of meds educating the clients at certain levels to maintain med boxes and care. reporting and charting medical notes and daily logs
department specialist has background of all departments to fit the clients needs and and set services of public health , mental health drug and alcohol services also Psychiatric Services . Department Specialists are responsible for checking in all clients set by court ordered doctor ordered or personal ordered. filling out all paperwork and setting clients for the appropriate services. checking insurance billing chart noting appointment reminders Medical Services liaison between doctor and pharmacy to ensure medications client in Psychiatric Services. rooming clients and doing vital signs . lab orders Calling medications into the Pharmacy for psychiatric clients under doctor care ensuring medical orders are done appropriate and filed. quarter reports Curry County drug and alcohol substance abuse. knowledge of all departments to set clients for dual services . referral coordinating clients get the best services by answering phones call reminders and calling clients to set up services. verifying insurance and billing
