I have been working in food service since the age of 14 and have worked everywhere from fast food chains, to small mom & pop shops, sports bars, to high end fine dining establishments. Im looking to take a step back out of the service industry and do something different while I'm enrolled in cosmetology school. Im professional, as well as personable, and know exactly how to create a positive experience even in the worst of situations.

At Vic & Anthony’s, as a host, I managed all the intake of guests reservations, private events, questions, comments, & concerns. I reviewed voicemails daily as well as throughout the day, plotted and planned seating arrangements for each reservation, directed/trained other co-hosts. As a host, I created the first experience and impression that each guest would encounter and did it with professionalism, knowledge, warmth, and care.
As a server’s assistant, it was my job to manage all back of house duties including prepping butter plates, baking bread, slicing bread, polishing glasses, and serving each table first with bread and butter. I also, polished silver ware, kept server’s stations stocked full throughout the shift, and assisted servers in any special request or help they may have needed. I bussed each table of all dishes, changed linens, and set up each table with proper dish, utensil, and napkin placements.
