- Supported team in executing daily operational tasks and maintaining workflow efficiency. We are a TEAM at Komatsu! We work together as such to maintain sufficient workload.
- Assisted in coordinating project timelines and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Participating in Kaizen's and more provides knowledge to others that are unaware of the daily tasks of multiple jobs. I work by my SOP as given by upper management.
- Developed familiarity with industry-standard tools and software to enhance productivity. This includes many adjustments to KPP, Pmates, Power BI, SVG, and the EORR.
- Provide accurate ETD's to customers needs. This includes: Placing new non-stock orders and stocking. Stocking orders must be reviewed by me for reman(cannot tie) and tie to incoming stock per the Planners permission. Rim orders are to be placed and added to the EORR for the best possible date for all customers needs.
- Engaged in training sessions to expand knowledge of best practices and procedural standards. Lunch and Learns are given often. We gain tremendous knowledge as needed.
- Followed all company policies and procedures to deliver quality work.
- Trained in Customer Care for Komatsu in Oct, 2019. Moved to Materials in May of 2020 to support Planners. Worked all non-stop queues. Placed bulk sea orders per management for the planners. Supported the planners in updating Power BI. Canceled MR's on Thursday as needed. Manage workloads along side them as a temp.
- Moved to Unit Down in 2021. Worked to obtain knowledge of viewing many prints for machines and models as I was over cannibalization's. Worked direct ship orders for CMO and NMO. Worked KLTD orders and locals.

Accomplishments
Began Komatsu in October of 2019 as a temporary associate. I was promoted to Materials in May of 2020 to support planners. I was then promoted to support Unit Down. I am a very well rounded employee with a desire to gain more knowledge with the company I work for. I have mastered cannibalization, supported all team members, and trained many employees in expediting and continue. I supported a Kaizen on "Filter Reduction," which was beyond successful. I thrive on daily challenges. My goals and KPI's per my SOP are reached daily. Per Komatsu, I continue to support everyone's work as my own.
