A researcher and diet counsellor over 7 years of experience in product development, nutritional analysis, nutrition evaluation, sensory analysis, storage study and diet counselling. In addition to my experience in functional food product development and Dietary fiber analysis Nutritional evaluation I have studied physico-chemical changes in the grains after hydrothermal treatment and milling. Further, I worked on multiple research products that allowed me to understand the diabetes and obesity management through life style changes. Also, I had an opportunity to guide graduate students, understand various research questions and to master important techniques. Hence, I am interested to explore the potential of my research experience from my capacity towards the successful outcome of challenging research projects along with team members, where I will get ample scope for an overall development.
