am currently working at PLS as a supervisor and I am in charge of

leading customer service workers, verifying checks, shipments,

payments with Money order, bank cards and organizing and keeping up

to date the CTR files that are required with the proper documents. I have

experience with ATM, cash handling and leadership. Flexible with the

schedule, excellent customer service and also by phone, solving

problems and concerns as well business experience

As customer service in the restaurant I was in charge of the

orders that were made by phone as well as helping the

customer with what they needed and questions. I learned to

solve problems and concerns of customers as well as to

cope with heavy work under stressed circumstances and

under pressure.

As a warehouse supervisor, I was in charge of keeping

all the inventory tidy and up to date as well as being the

leader of the other workers putting order and being

responsible for the products and the needs of the

business.
