Manesha Khan

I am an ambitious individual who believes in helping others through the skills and morals my experience has taught me while working as a phlebotomist and medical receptionist for over four years. I am very passionate about providing medical care to patients through blood drawing and processing. I currently work at Oglam Life, a plasma donation center, performing about 250-plus sticks per week. My mission is to accomplish more in the company and extend my knowledge and skills to working in quality assurance.

I am interested in quality assurance because I enjoy ensuring that processes and outcomes meet the highest standards. I have a strong attention to detail, and I take pride in identifying issues early, solving problems, and helping to improve efficiency.

As coachable, confident, and relentless as I am, I am willing to take on any challenge that comes my way!

• In my country South America, Guyana, where nature thrives, I have participated in the country's Low Carbon Development Strategy academic competition (2014). This has helped so many people to acquire the knowledge on accessing the impact made to the natural environment and how strategies can be developed to responsibly protect, change, or maintain the wildlife and ecosystem in Guyana.
• Taking part in such amazing activities, it has taught me the value in harnessing our country's most prominent possessions of protecting the ecosystem, eliminating the negative impacts of climate change. This is a real problem the entire world faces and have continuously felt the impacts through the years. Such activities in my country has aligned in stimulating future growth and educating society on Global Climate Change; Carbon development strategy.

• Everyone has a purpose and my goal is to help people in any way I can. I am focused on my dreams of becoming an ambassador for UNICEF (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund.) I want to be a catalyst for change, to help young children through the pain and suffering to provide accessible healthcare, education; basic human right and protection. I love people and will continue to make changes in anyway I can.
