I have extensive experience in the architectural field, specializing in high-rise residential projects in downtown San Diego, as well as developments in Newport and Santa Cruz focused on malls and hospitality. My involvement spans from the initial schematic design phase to the detailed construction documents, including coordinating with city authorities to secure permits and addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) during the construction document phase.

I am highly skilled in using various software tools, particularly proficient in CAD, Revit, and BIM 360. Additionally, I hold a LEED Green Associate certification. I have made significant contributions to 3D modeling, particularly for complex structures and unique architectural forms on the projects I've worked on. Effective communication with consultants and client representatives has been integral to successfully navigating project challenges and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.

On my journey towards licensure, I have successfully cleared two exams and am diligently working towards completing the remaining requirements. This experience underscores my dedication to professional growth and excellence in architecture.
