inform policy decisions aimed at protecting tenant rights and children’s well-being.

• Conducted policy research on the Denver Basic Income Project, analyzing financial impact and participant

outcomes.

• Developed policy recommendations for RV parking solutions, including safe parking sites and RV buy-back

programs.

• Proposed expansions to the Roads to Recovery program, advocating for a housing-first approach and holistic

support for formerly incarcerated individuals.

• Organized webinars and curated blog posts to promote engagement and information dissemination
• Assisting to administrative staff, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations.

• Follow, report, and make statements at Sessions of the UN human rights treaty bodies, especially the Human Rights Council
• Update the website and social media accounts of the NGO.

• Researched and prepared reports used in newspaper, magazine, and book publications about the Mongolian mortgage sector
• Arranged and prepared documentation for quarterly meetings with investors to ensure proper usage of the company’s funds

• Organized weekly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Mongolia’s SMEs project implementation submitted to the Asian Development Bank and the Ministry of Finance Mongolia
• Traveled with team to rural areas throughout Mongolia to present company initiatives to over 1,000 Small and Medium Entrepreneurs.

• Oversaw event marketing of “International Autism Awareness Month” in Mongolia organized by “AND”
• Promoted annual Autism Awareness event through various media channels such as news stations, newspapers, and social media campaigns.
