Managing a team of 26 operators and 4 shift managers for both Selective and ASRS racking warehouses using SAP EWM system.
Additional responsibilities including, Greenfield Projects, Warehouse Automations, ERP & WMS implementations and integrations, Operational Budgets, KPI, SLA, SOP, IL6S pillar lead- End to End Supply Network.
Responsible for Initiate, identify, manage and follow-up of all warehouse project activities and lead and supervise SAP EWM Project implementation team for all outbound logistics warehouse in KSA, including Diary, Poultry, Bakery and Foods. MAP the process and analysis the viability of project in respective location. Train the warehouse staffs on new process, implement SAP EWM system and coordinate with project manager for any procurement of software- hardware, system, and equipment's.
Responsible for Stock Controlling and order management for 89 stores in Czech Republic and 65 Stores in Slovakia Republic. Managed a team of 6 stock controllers and 4 merchandize planners along with responsibility of KPI, SOP and SOW
