Assist the customer and Sales Account with product selection, technical support, and configurations, including in-depth business analysis during bid preparation to provide tailored technical and commercial solutions.
· Forward the company Strategy, addressing the offering to achieve the required goals, in order to place the new products in the portfolio and grow the core business at the same time.
· Utilized ERP systems (Tacton CPQ, PCR, PBI) for accurate quoting, part management, and job order tracking.
· Tracking of business opportunities and follow-up those under negotiation through the CRM (Sales Force) and other available tools.
· Post-order works: supporting the Factory Acceptance tests; customer expediting meetings; and issue detailed documentation by ensuring alignment with specifications and deadlines.
· Collaborated with R&D and product development teams to align customer/market requirements with product improvements.
· Active participation in all Flow Control B2B models such as EPC Projects, OEM and End Users.
