My name is Maori Friol De Oliva, I am 19 years old and am currently enrolled at Sacramento City College for an Associate's degree in Audio Engineering. I graduated High School with a 3.4 gpa and was involved in a total of 3 clubs.
The main work experience I've had was at the Elk Grove Food Bank. While working there I was in charge of guiding the customers through the warehouse in a timely calm manner. As the customers walked through the Food Bank I helped them select the food items they desired, doing so by asking the customers questions in a calm tone. Afterwards I would walk their grocery carts to their cars and help them put their bags of groceries into the trunks. On Thursdays and Fridays the Food Bank would get very busy, resulting in me having to work faster while under pressure. Maintaining good communication with the staff was very beneficial on a daily basis but especially on busier days.
