- Created a newly funded Recruiting Department that resulted in over 1100 new applications
- Sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for open positions statewide
- Utilized HRIS program, (Edison/PeopleSoft) to communicate and process clients to address hiring needs and organizational goals
- Researched competitors and marketplace trends to define job descriptions and document specifications
- Identified prospective candidates using a variety of channels including social media, job sites, virtual career fairs, referrals, college job fairs, and other sources
- Created a candidate summary for each open position and conducted confidential interviews
- Presented shortlisted candidates and created a detailed candidate database for hiring managers with relevant candidate profile summaries
- Re-searched and developed recruiting leads with Indeed, Linkedin, iHire, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter, Handshake, and our internal job site
- Developed a sustainable candidate lead strategy including pipeline candidates
- Coordinated and conducted in-person hiring events in various regions throughout the state which resulted in a more streamlined hiring process and resulted in multiple hires
- Performed supervisory duties including performance reports, training, time sheets, scheduling, payroll, disciplinary actions, terminations, and other duties as needed.
