Motivated Radiologic Technology student with hands-on healthcare experience and a strong interest in diagnostic imaging and patient care. Born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, I relocated to Nebraska to pursue educational and personal growth opportunities outside of my comfort zone. Currently attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK), where exposure to the radiology field strengthened my passion for medical imaging and patient-centered care. Experienced in patient interaction, clinical support roles, and healthcare operations through work in both chiropractic and hospital environments. Known for strong communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the radiology profession.
I started Radiology School in August 2025. My time in the classroom, lab, and clinical sites has been filled with great opportunities and learning experiences. This program has had a significant impact on my career goals and has helped me discover the areas of imaging and hospital settings that interest me most.
Through my clinical rotations and hands-on training, I have continued to develop my patient care, positioning, imaging, and communication skills while gaining experience in a variety of healthcare environments.
By the time I graduate, I hope to become a well-rounded technologist with experience in multiple areas of medical imaging. My goal is to continue advancing my education by pursuing additional certifications and cross-training opportunities, including CT and MRI, while expanding my knowledge in as many imaging modalities as possible.
