Serve as the senior executive responsible for installation-wide emergency services and mission support programs, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with Department of Defense directives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee five major programs: Fire and EMS Response and Suppression, Training, Fire Prevention, Emergency Management, and Emergency Communications Dispatch.
• Manage a $10 million payroll, $300,000 operating budget, and lifecycle replacement of $20 million in federal assets.
• Advise senior leadership on policy, risk management, and strategic resource allocation supporting installation operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the installation’s campaign objectives and mission priorities.
• Coordinate with installation directorates, Marine Corps Installations Command, and external agencies to enhance logistics, readiness, and emergency response capabilities.
• Oversee workforce planning, performance management, labor relations, and recruitment for more than 70 personnel.
• Establish policies and procedures in compliance with DoD, Marine Corps, and federal regulations.
• Manage procurement planning, contract coordination, and budget forecasting to sustain operational capabilities.
• Maintain Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) Accreditation through continuous improvement and performance management.

• Managed daily operations and resource allocation across multiple installation-level programs.
• Assisted in the development of strategic plans, policies, and performance initiatives supporting mission readiness.
• Oversaw workforce planning, performance evaluations, hiring, and labor relations.
• Administered operational and labor funding in coordination with the Installation Comptroller.
• Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to support logistics and emergency preparedness operations.
• Authored staff papers and data-driven analyses that justified increased staffing and resource allocation.
