• As leader of the LGBTQ FORUM, I supported teenagers who were struggling to speak about LGBTQ matters in the community. I led group discussions, held after-school meetings, and created flyers for LGBTQ awareness.
• Counselor Assistant, John F. Kennedy Recreation Center, Classroom visits for at-risk children, Led group and individual counseling, Provided academic advising to students who were not academically stable.

Since September 1, 2015, I have been an active member of White Rock Baptist Church in Newark, NJ, where I participate in annual food drives to help feed the homeless during Christmas and Thanksgiving. I have also helped plan and carry out community service events with fellow church members and regularly volunteer on Saturdays to sort and package food at the local food bank.
