• Management of Receiving, Put Away, Packaging, Crate shop, Inventory Control, Picking, Kitting, and Shipping of the Sikorsky Commercial Aerospace business with over 250 million dollars of Aircraft spare parts
• Managing over 250 million dollars of Aircraft spare parts.
• Establishing and maintaining QMS System and updating accordingly.
• Managing a group of 6 Supervisors and approximately 200+ Associates.
• Implementation of strategic solutions to meet business needs at the best overall cost and service while meeting FAA requirements.
• Implementing continuous improvements throughout the business including Leading Kaizen Process Mapping Events.

• Management of over 250 million dollars of Sikorsky Aircraft parts overseeing 15+ Inventory Control Associates
• Reconciling inventory discrepancies as found to maintain contractual inventory accuracy, pulling parts with discrepancies with serial number issues, barcode, shelf life, or insufficient quantity issues
• Researching discrepancies in SAP inventory system to rectify issues as soon as possible
• Ensuring AOG parts are shipped accurately and correctly and with proper documentation such as 8130 Airworthy Tag, C of C, or Log Cards along with repaired/serviceable documentation in order to meet FAA requirements. Maintaining 7S program.

• Management of Aircraft spare/Aftermarket parts by providing leadership and assistance to 3PL and confirming order and Project execution by staff
• Ensuring discrepancies are resolved as of serial number issues, shelf life, or insufficient quantity issues
• Verifying SWI's are followed accordingly and efficient SWI’s are in place
• Following up with 3PL on AOG parts so that they are shipped accurately and correctly meeting all FAA compliance and requirements
• Maintaining Excel reports and order processing out of SAP as required to report 3PL progress
