Old West Energy Services, Inc. (DBA Petro-Pier) is a deep foundation company based in Greeley, Colorado. They perform work nationwide.

I have been the operations manager at Old West Energy Services, Inc. Since December of 2016. I am in charge of overseeing the following throughout the company:

· Bids/Proposals I have the final say so I review and approve all bids and proposals. I ensure that our proposals are comprehensive and thorough.

· Scheduling I manage the schedule to ensure all of our projects will have the proper equipment and personnel so they will all run smoothly.

· Project Management I am responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. This involves working closely with PMs, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required specs. I am responsible for scheduling and coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed safely.

· Site Supervision I am responsible for overseeing the foremen on each site, ensuring that they are working safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. I conduct regular site inspections to ensure the work is being completed to the required specs, and that all safety protocols are being followed.

· Quality Control I am responsible for ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards. I communicate directly with QAQC personnel to identify and resolve any issues or concerns.

· Equipment Management The shop manager answers to me so it is ultimately my responsibility that all equipment is maintained to a high standard, ensuring we have regular inspections and maintenance, so all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

· Safety I’m responsible for all work being completed safely, and that all safety protocols are being followed. This involves conducting regular safety training sessions with my team, ensuring that all safety equipment is in good condition, and working closely with 3rd party safety consultants to identify and resolve any safety concerns.
