Served as the Governor's Office liaison to several cabinets within state government and community organizations through out the state of Kentucky. Corresponded with constituents daily on a variety of issues across state government to ensure the best possible resolution for their situation. Focus areas include housing assistance (e.g eviction, utility, unhoused and mortgage assistance), local government, military affairs, emergency management and organizations outside of state government. Research programs and resources across the commonwealth to provide constituent all options of assistance with their current needs and electronic communications to respond to the constituents on behalf of the Governor.
