Charge nurse on a very busy 26 bed pediatric unit. I cared for acute and chronically ill children ages 0-18.

As charge nurse I had my own nursing assignment and managed admissions, discharges, staffing. My roles as a staff and charge nurse included administration of IV, IM and oral medications, tube feedings, blood transfusions, patient care and education.
