• Recruited, trained, developed, coordinated and supervised 450+ volunteers across 3 facilities for a non-profit faith-based senior care provider.
• Created successful Volunteer Appreciation Events.
• Developed partnerships with other nonprofits, schools, colleges and the faith community.
• Collaborated in the development of a training program for grant funded program, GentleCare, across 3 facilities working closely with both the Executive and Nursing teams.
