-Co-Developed a Powerpoint guide for on Bento 2 system fault recovery that is widely use across 4 shifts as a way to reduce Downtime and reducing support team dependency.

-Created a take charge that allowed Qberts' robots to pick and place bento units from the shuttle to their own racks rather than having EE.s swap the racks. This reduces the risk of the rolling doors from faulting/ damage causing downtime.

-Created a POC certification matrix as a form of KPI

• Coordinated scheduling and resource allocation to optimize production output. This has allowed us to consistently break records, currently the only bento shift to build over 500+ units with 516 being out current record with the highest UPH being 54.
• Work alone side the Train team on all Cross training certifications to enhance team flexibility and focus on the needs of the business

• Streamlined communication channels between departments in order to facilitate information flow and enhance collaboration.

• Serve as primary contact in lead/supervisor absence, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
• Collaborate with PC, Quality, and NCM departments to resolve production delays and issues.
• Coordinate with Trainer Coordinators to certify staff in station-specific tasks and safety protocols.
• Generate hourly and daily reports for Sub Assembly Operations to track progress and efficiency.

• Create detailed hourly and daily passdowns for Sub Assembly Ops, ensuring accurate and efficient communication across shifts.

• Build Semiconductor equipment by following a set of Schematics in a clean room environment. (Cell Fusion).
• Back up Lead for my Line which consist of Daily reports and addressing any questions or concerns from the line.
• Scan in and request parts through SAP (System Application and Production) or PC(Product Control).
• Will Calls: Pick up and receive parts from DHL following their guidelines and regulations.
• Write NCI’s (Non-Conforming Internal) Report when issues arise in-house or supplier.
• Attend Meetings with Sales, Supplier, Upper Management and Engineers on the status of parts/Builds.
