-Co-Developed a Powerpoint guide for on Bento 2 system fault recovery that is widely use across 4 shifts as a way to reduce Downtime and reducing support team dependency.

-Created a take charge that allowed Qberts' robots to pick and place bento units from the shuttle to their own racks rather than having EE.s swap the racks. This reduces the risk of the rolling doors from faulting/ damage causing downtime.

-Created a POC certification matrix as a form of KPI

  • Coordinated scheduling and resource allocation to optimize production output. This has allowed us to consistently break records, currently the only bento shift to build over 500+ units with 516 being out current record with the highest UPH being 54.
