• Lead and organized a team of four students to construct an HR scorecard for a case study within a 4-month period. We developed a seven-step strategy to improve cost, hiring, and turnover.

• Lead and organized a team of four students to gather credited data from Kaggle. We cleaned the data and merged two tables to be able to predict only a few variables that will predict a candidate should get credit using RStudio. We tested different modeling methods for example the lasso, elastic, ridge regression. The lasso method gave us a test error of .16 and output just 3 variables out of 20 that were significantly related.
