- I produce high quality constructed metal per customer specifications. We basically receive prior constructed metal covers that are heavy at times from our customers that are damaged and we reconstruct them back to their original form.
- Work in a team environment to assist with lifting the metal covers and also troubleshooting. Operate daily with air power tools like small or large grinders, rivet tool, spot welder, oil for the covers, drills and impact battery tools, sanders, measuring tape, calipers, hydraulic tables, etc.
- I'm also forklift certified and tend to move finished product from our work area to the shipping receiving side while closing out the finished job in the software remote computer so it can be processed. I also bring needed material on pallets for our work area when needed.
- I also operate a 5 ton hoist crane at times when needed to move heavy finished product while using safety first and ensuring its placed on a special pallet for shipping.
- I also follow and interpret engineering drawing (Bom) schematics to ensure proper material is used.
- I follow safety guidelines, procedures, and protocols for a safety work environment and maintain and clean tools while wearing proper safety aprons, safety gloves, and dust masks if needed in my work area.
