I was employed by Grand Pacific Resorts, a company with a portfolio of 33 properties across California, Hawaii, and Oregon. During my tenure, I progressed from Jr Superintendent to Senior Superintendent and eventually assumed the role of project manager. As a superintendent, I assisted my supervisor in overseeing site built and renovation projects, leading a team of over 80+ workers from various trades. Advanced from Jr Foremen to Senior Foremen, overseeing team of 50 workers across 1-3 locations. My projects included resorts and apartments, where I managed drywall, paint, stucco, and carpentry work. To ensure project success, I reviewed blueprints, led daily safety meetings, and compiled reports. I also coordinated material deliveries and managed my team to meet project deadlines, demonstrating my ability to lead and deliver results in fast-paced construction environments.

I progressed through various roles. I began as a laborer, then advanced to foreman, and ultimately became an assistant superintendent. My primary responsibility included overseeing a crew of 20-30 individuals, focusing on repairs, stucco work, wood beam replacement, balcony renovations, drywall installation, painting for apartments and condominiums. Additionally, I assisted in preparing daily reports, ensuring timely completion of projects, and managing material reception. I also conducted safety meetings, collaborated with board members during weekly walkthroughs, and responded emails.
