I'm Marcos, an international student-athlete from Río Negro, Argentina, with a deep passion for soccer. My journey in sports began when I was a kid, and then, I got the opportunity to compete at a college level, an opportunity I had been looking for since I was 15 years old.
At the university, I found the opportunity to work to help my parents who are supporting me back home. At 20 years old I started as a groundskeeper, ensuring top-notch facilities for the students at Finger Lakes Community College. Transitioning into a soccer assistant coach, I mentored young players, fostering their love for the game. I've continued to work in custodial at Walla Walla University, when I transferred from FLCC, maintaining clean and welcoming facilities, and in concessions at basketball and volleyball games, immersing myself in the excitement of live sports. Each role has shaped me, deepening my love for sports and preparing me for whatever lies ahead.
