First off I like to have a huddle with my team get things organized and plant out. Make sure the on points are done. In a fashionable time food safety is talked about daily reiterating what I’ve taught the trainees through the week just to keep them on point and fresh communicating with my team, leader and assist team leader to get the guys trained in a orderly fashion, listening and understanding the concerns of my team in my trainees and making sure they have a full understanding of what the job is about, everyone does not learn the same so I like to get to know each trainee individually so I can know where strength and weaknesses are that way I know how to go about training them if I have to move fast pace or slow pace I’m also the team mentor so anyone could come to me as a confidant and tell me about their problems. Are they concerns and I’m always there to help with open ear.
