Accountable for security and transportation of source, maintaining client relations on site and performing tasks with time efficient and quality services keeping integrity and professionalism. Responsible for the safety of RT assistant and myself including coaching and mentoring assistant to further advance their knowledge in NDT while working safely and efficiently to provide the best customer satisfaction.

Implemented non-destructive testing methods MT/PT/VT/UT/PMI/ET/PAUT/RT both conventional and computed. Grateful for being able to work with a diverse group of NDT technicians from assisting with phased array and eddy current systems to shooting PMI’s and taking x-rays on ropes. No matter what the task I bring positivity, integrity, safety and determination to the field with a learning mindset. Performed in refineries, plants, mines, fabrication shops, pipelines and renewable diesel fuel conversion projects using variety of ASME acceptance codes including UW51/UW52/B31.1/B31.3/D1.1/API-1104.

Contributed to the development and organization of a newly established NDT department bringing together the knowledge and skills of a small team to establish an organized system applying communication, teamwork, principles and integrity into every task at hand including PMI, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, visual inspection, and computed radiography (RT). Operated CR system (VMI) Scanner for purposes of film grading and storing information/images. Coordinated appropriate time frames for acquiring radiographic shots and various inspections for different projects, implemented safety practices and procedures. Responsible for time efficient and high quality inspection services for client satisfaction.

Visually examined materials, structures and components for signs of corrosion, metal fatigue and cracks. Performed nondestructive testing methods on various weld types for purposes of mechanical integrity such as RT, MT,PT,UTT, VT. Set up gamma source equipment to acquire images. Completed appropriate documentation, film development, communications, safety, source transportation, DOT documents. Dedicated to seeing out every job to completion.
