Active as an athlete since 2006 with several years competition experience in (street) bike races.

Two times in a row, second place (AK) in the local overall bike competition "Interstuhl - Cup" in Baden-Württemberg (Germany), 

Baden-Württemberg is one of the most challenging bike areas and competing fields in Germany.

The Interstuhl-Cup contains around 13 races each year. The overall amount of races I participated in active years sums up to 25-30 official competitive bike races a year. 

The usual millage I rode in that time was between 12 thousand and 18.500 kilometer a year. 

Nowadays riding my bike aims to keep me healthy and active, without too much focus on competition. I still try to get in about 10 thousand kilometer a year on the streets of Minnesota as well as on a Kickr indoor trainer.
