Authorized to work in the US for any employer, I started bartending in this industry when I was 22 years old, so young and eager to learn from a very experienced woman from New York (Meg) I felt my eagerness to learn helped her to decide to teach me, it's literally the old fashioned way of learning. We worked at a local pizza place in Helen Georgia called Nacoochee Village Tavern and Pizzeria. Meg was exceptional behind that bar I was intrigued by her high demand and output she expected literally what the job asked for. Learning from someone with so much experience as a Professional Bartender ignited a drive in me to want to be that good, protégé. I've mastered it, meeting people from all over the world creating unforgettable memories for them will always live in my heart. Locals raved about us and so many of the staff brought the people in, I've been known as the singing server or singing bartender what some great memories to have.
