Over nineteen years' experience working in retail management for various Walgreen's stores. As a highly motivated, organized and skilled professional, steadily advancing from Assistant Manager into the role of Assistant Store Manager, stepping in and assuming the Store Manager duties on several occasions for extended periods of time.

After nineteen years of retail management, I changed employers and job fields, moving from a retail to manufacturing. I am always looking to challenge myself and the opportunity to work at Steelcase presented itself, so I made the change. The new environment not only offered new and different challenges, but also new ways to expand my leadership skills and knowledge base beyond the retail setting. Steelcase allowed me to strengthen my base leadership knowledge and add in understanding of lean manufacturing principles, push/ pull flow dynamics, 5s methodology and more.
