Hardworking Crew Leader skilled in managing multiple production lines and working closely with my team members to build a ultimate work culture and team goal mindset, I am a detailed individual that looks and seeks for any opportunity for growth in my self and team. i strongly believe in constant elevation causes expansion and the more you know the more you grow, I have spent the last 5 years having that mindset at Mccormick and it has done nothing but allowed me to grow in company areas as well as areas that i can take outside of the work environment and into my day to day life and grow as a person.
in the 6 months i been on 104 i became back up crew lead as well as a key team member to help the team complete daily tasks. my personal goal when making the transition to line 104 was to learn the line as quick as possible to help train new employ's to build a team with a great understanding on the line as well as great communication with other co workers to complete are daily tasks as safety and efficiently as possible.
when i made the transition to blending preweigh team in those 10 months i was crossed train in micro,Rip&Tip, as well as fork truck driver. my main stint was fork truck driver where my daily tasks was to bring in staged materials from warehouse as well as locate/relocate material/product in Fifo. as well as feed all hoppers on Rip&Tip side with product/material needed to to complete recipes/batches to prepare to send to the blenders to become a complete product. i shown i was a reliable worker and could be used in all areas if needed and showed i was always willing to learn more to help not only help my understanding of the job being asked but to show i was a team player and would work in any area they may be needed on a day to day basis.
