Duties: Monitored and controlled train movements using Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) software, ensuring on-time performance and safe spacing between trains.

• Oversaw all guideway and station infrastructure via SCADA systems, including power (750 Vdc), tunnel ventilation, fare gates, and access control.
• Managed real-time dispatching decisions, adjusting train holds and dwell times to maintain passenger flow and system headway.
• Remotely diagnosed and responded to system faults, switching trains to Emergency Manual mode when necessary.

• Duties: Performing customer service and providing technical assistance on the monorail stations and trains. Overseeing the monorail equipment and responsible for all delays and driving Monorails.

• Duties: Supervised front-end operations, managed daily cash drawers, trained staff, and ensured fast, accurate checkouts in a high-volume retail setting.

• Duty: Provide service to all guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Provide parking services for guest automobiles to a designated parking location. Load and unload luggage, provide information in regard to the hotel’s facilities and events, and directions to local attractions. Shuttle rides to the airport.
