Margaret Keightley has been enjoying a career in non-profit management for nearly 15 years. She has particular expertise in major gift fundraising, team collaboration, and campaign leadership. In 2014, Margaret was appointed Executive Director of the newly formed Catholic Community Foundation of the Diocese of Richmond. Prior to joining the Diocese, Margaret spent 13 years in pharmaceutical sales in the Richmond area. In her leadership capacity at the CCF, she has overseen two successful capital campaigns that together raised $140 million, as well as fundraising for Catholic school scholarships totaling $60 million. A graduate of the University of Virginia with an MBA from the University of Richmond, Margaret has given generously of her time to the community in leadership roles, serving on the boards of Greater Richmond SCAN, St. Joseph's Villa, Cristo Rey Richmond High School, the UVA Richmond Regional Alumni Board, and Voices for Virginia's Children. Margaret currently serves as Board Chair of the Virginia Parents Coalition and the International Catholic Stewardship Council. In October of 2024, Margaret was invested in the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. She and her husband Jerry live in Richmond and are active parishioners at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Their daughter, Catherine, is a sophomore at Washington and Lee University and their son Sam, an avid golfer, is in the 8th grade.
