Work in all areas of the lab, including Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis. Coagulation, Specimen Processing and some Microbiology. I have worked with the Coulter, Sysmex, Sta-Go, Roche Cobas, Iris, and have performed both automated and manual Blood Bank testing.

Performed Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, GC/Chlamydia , RPR, HIV and some Microbiology.

As Assistant Manager I helped prepare the Lab for CAP Inspection and performed Point of Care training as well as training of new employees.

Worked in Microbiology reading cultures, setting up ID/Sensitivities. Also planted cultures and read gram stains.

I switched to the night shift and performed Chemistry testing, RPR’s, Hepatitis and HIV testing.
