• Responsible for overseeing four federal grants that were awarded each year to two states and two territories. These grants were awarded to fund safety and health enforcement programs for both public and/or private sector workers.
• In charge of reviewing these annual grant applications, ensuring that the financial and programmatic parts of the grants met the requirements, monitoring the performance of the programs.
• Conducted meetings with management representatives for each grantee at least quarterly and resolving conflicts between the grantee and stakeholders
• Performed annual audits, drafting annual audit reports, tracking corrective action plans and providing technical support.
• Team Leader for the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program, leading teams to evaluate the working conditions of worksites requesting to be recognized under this program.

• Reviewed these annual grant applications, ensuring that the financial and programmatic parts of the grants met the requirements and monitoring the performance of the programs.

• Held meetings with management representatives for each grantee at least quarterly, performing bi-annual audits, drafting bi-annual audit reports.

• Tracked corrective action plans, responded to requests from the National Office for information, worked with representatives from the National Office to develop new compliance documents, and providing technical support to the grantees.

• Provided additional support to the area offices during the pandemic, processed electronic complaints, worked with employers to resolve complaint allegations, responded to complainants and managed the Albany area office for three months in 2021.
