
I am a psychiatric nurse by trade. I love working with young people and have a huge animal heart. I have spent time on the Humane Society of Harlingen, Board of Directors in the past and have participated in organizing many adoption events for the pets in the HSH facility to find them homes. I continue to assist in fundraising for homeless pets.
I am the oldest of 8 children and a natural caregiver. I am currently retired from my nursing career and I think employment at your library would be something I could enjoy and be good at.
I enjoy pickle ball, yoga and the card game euchre and my three dogs.
