Currently supporting the T-Mobile Marketing Solutions (T-Ads); Emerging Products and Messaging business teams. Primary responsibility is providing front line legal support by reviewing and providing legal feedback on a variety of commercial contracts including Marketing Insertion Orders, providing legal guidance on potential business engagements by identifying legal and business risks; and providing training to the teams. I have received several recognitions for the support I provide to these teams.

Contracts and Grants Management. Review, draft, negotiate and finalize contractual agreements including: Vendor Agreements, Grants, Jurisdiction Agreements, Collaborations, Services Agreements and other unique contract agreements. Provide technical expertise to all levels of management and staff regarding agreements to ensure efficient contracting. Analyze contractual issues such as direct qualifying expenditures and other aspects of contracts including risk management.

Intellectual Property: Monitor and manage intellectual property including copyright and trademark registrations, licensing of Casey materials to 3rd parties, and publicity releases.

Training. Provide consultation and training in the following areas: (1) contracts and grant managment; (2) Purchasing and Engagement Guidelines; (3) Direct Qualifying Expenditures; and 4) Intellectual Property.

EMPLOYMENT: Investigate, respond, mediate and manage U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) claims. Developed training modules for managers for handling investigations.

Intellectual Property: Maintain trademark portfolio by ensuring all filing deadlines are met. Developed best practices for the business clients for protecting Clearwire’s brand.
