• Overseeing inpatient psychiatric program. Onboard/supervise BHA and administrative staff. Oversee mental commitment process, referral system, improvement/quality/compliance. Responsible for addressing staffing needs and scheduling. Required problem solving and collaboration of interdepartmental teams and multidisciplinary team coordination.

• Leading the Behavioral Health Assistants and programming on the inpatient psychiatric unit for adults at BRH. Responsible for time cards, scheduling, BHA program development in collaboration with Rainforest Recovery Center and supporting BHAs in their role.

• Supported BHA peers on MHU by leading trainings opportunities and facilitated orientation for new employees. Alongside the MHU Nursing Director, provided soft coaching and managed the BHA schedule. Continued work on the unit as a BHA in addition to designated administrative hours.

• Operated as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team to care for patients in need of psychiatric treatment. Primary duties included assisting patients with accomplishing their daily needs, facilitating group activities, and maintaining the safety of the unit and patients.

• Organize, facilitate, and track therapeutic activities/program and groups on the Mental Health Unit and Rainforest Recovery Center at Bartlett Regional Hospital. Worked in collaboration with department teams to bring meaningful activities to patients during their treatment.

• Responsible for submission and follow through of manufacturer warranty claims. Detail oriented position that required learning various manufacturer systems and problem solving. Clerical and administrative duties were required as well maintaining effective communication with service team.

Self-managed administrative and customer service position in Juneau for Skagway based company. Coordinated tours with tourists competed paperwork for Skagway office.

• Member of SAGA's Youth Corps. Responsible for leading crew of young adults through outdoor living/recreation while performing acts of service and focusing on professional and educational goals.

• Supervision of adolescents in acute therapeutic environment. Responsible to implementation of clinical treatment plans.
