Cardiac Progressive Care Unit-Regions Hospital (140hours)

• Provided care to medically complex cardiac patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring, including patients with heart failure, arrhythmias, pulmonary embolism, and post-cardiac procedures.
• Performed focused cardiovascular assessments and monitored vital signs, oxygenation status, daily weights, and intake/output to identify changes in patient condition and support timely intervention.
• Gained exposure to patients receiving multiple continuous medication infusions and complex cardiac therapies, including caring for patients requiring management of multiple IV medications under RN supervision.

Medical-Surgical Unit- Children's Hospital (30hours)

• Gained exposure to syringe pumps for accurate dosing, controlled administration rates, and safe medication management in pediatric patients.
