Maria Pagnussatto

I am currently a Sophomore at Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton California. I am involved in many school activities such as my schools sideline Cheer team and the Stunt team. Cheerleading has made me experienced in many areas such team work, leadership and discipline. Cheerleading and Stunt also require a lot of organization for routines and practices which has overall led me to being a more organized person.

I am a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in fast-paced environments. Recognized for taking a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues, with focus on optimizing processes and supporting team objectives.

I lived in four different countries which include Canada, Brazil, Thailand and United States. My diverse background has led me to better understand different cultures and improve my communication skills overall.
