Responsible for ensuring that industrial and housing assets of ASML are up to date, they accurately portray the status of the Real Estate portfolio and ensues business-continuity.

• Created and Facilitated the Real Estate housing and industrial roadmap (e.g. Short, Mid and Long term masterplan) and the industrial strategy (spotplan) for ASML factory locations (Veldhoven, San Diego, San Jose, Wilton)
• Implemented standard approach for project execution (Building Generation Process) in all strategical factory locations of ASML
• For the critical Facilities and Corporate Real Estate Projects: Worked closely with stakeholders in D&E to define scope and drive technical, complex and multidisciplinary projects (in San Jose: Critical Clean-room expansions, High Brightness Lab expansion, 2200 Esource work center)
• Arranged needed internal and external resources to define the “best fit” for ASML in Program of Requirements (URS, APS, EDGs)
• Translated priorities and strategic objectives of ASML into the project initiation documents (PDS) and project execution plan. Defined critical path for project execution. Managed resources to complete projects on time
• Secured alignment of projects execution to standards of ASML including but not limited to: project management approach (BGP), safety, security, quality, financial management, risk management

• Doka is a world leader in providing innovative formwork, solutions and services in all areas of construction. Prepared method statement of construction work, construction layouts, schedule and budget

• As a part of engineering solutions department, developed and facilitated method statement of construction work for assigned scope (concrete structures) within complex superstructure project
• Created construction documentation including drawings and project execution plan taking into account multiple constraints (extreme weather conditions -30' C, scale of project, innovative solutions needed to complete the superstructure)

• Developed conceptual design drawings and 3D visualizations for office centres and beauty salons. Overall budget - $15Million
• Maintained strong communication with clients throughout the design and execution process to ensure alignment between established in UAE topflight design criteria and the final product
