My passion and purpose in life is helping people. My 10 years of experience focuses on providing safety and security. I have performed this by having a level of emotional intelligence, de-escalation, defense, control and patrol deterrence. I have provided support to the general public, schools, detention centers; as well as on a private sector. I've been able to develop good relationships with co- workers, customers and the community over a short and long period of time. I have worked closely with CPS, PD, practitioners, pediatricians, social work and behavioral health therapist. I have dealt with customers who have behavioral health problems such as juvenile delinquents and mental health patients. I am creditable in report writing, keeping documentations confidential, activity logs and organizing it through Microsoft word, excel spreadsheets or paper filling cabinet. I have attained certifications and received trainings in CPR/first aid, PRT restraints, PPC defense control, PPCT tactical and Critical incident training. All this experience and training has helped me provide the best professional customer service and help reform individuals even in the most difficult situations.
