As a Teller at Lake Michigan Credit Union, I provide exceptional member service by processing daily financial transactions, assisting members with account needs, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced banking environment. As a Personal Banker Associate (PBA) in Training, I am expanding my expertise in consumer lending, financial solutions, and relationship management to help members achieve their financial goals.


• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Deliver outstanding member service and build strong member relationships through personalized financial support
• Assist members with account inquiries, maintenance, and banking solutions
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and internal policies
• Develop knowledge of consumer lending products and loan application processes
• Train to identify member financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Gain experience supporting consumer loans and educating members on available lending options
• Learn to present and explain loan protection products, including GAP coverage and Credit Life & Disability Insurance
• Collaborate with branch team members to promote financial wellness and enhance the overall member experience

Over the past two years, I’ve supported Bath & Body Works as a dedicated team member, transitioning into a seasonal role while continuing to contribute during peak retail periods. As a Cash Lead, I take ownership of front-end operations, ensuring a smooth checkout experience and mentoring new associates to uphold brand standards.
