1) Supporting the work of the PPS Helpline team, processing and responding to handwritten and emailed prison correspondence

2) Searching and vetting reentry and community resources and helping to manage the maintenance and development of evolving resource bank

3) Participating actively in weekly team meetings, off-site visits and facility tours and opportunities to shadow staff on different teams within the organization

4) Entering, tracking and evaluating data associated with Call Logs for the organization's telephonic, email, postal and walk-in correspondence

5) Engaging with readings and other multi-media texts to deepen their understanding of mass incarceration and the experience of incarcerated individuals
