The purpose of The Firehouse Coffeeshop was to give students the chance to gain experience for their first real job. Any student who volunteered would work each station at one point or another. Those positions include cashier, barista, and production worker. The coffeeshop also did volunteer work for the community, so each year students would participate in at least one volunteer activity outside of the coffeeshop in order to serve their community in multiple ways.

• Represented organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services.
• Social Media Manager from 2021- 2023: Monitored online presence of company's brand to engage with users and strengthen customer relationships.

• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Helped customers locate products and checked store system for merchandise at other sites.
• Prepared merchandise for sales floor by pricing or tagging.
• Rotated stock and restocked shelves to maintain product availability and store appearance.

• Trained newly hired employees on routine tasks and customer service.
• Restocked workstations with supplies and food display cases with fresh selections to decrease customer waiting during busy periods.
• Provided support to crew members, facilitating quick food preparation and delivery.
