I am a 15 year old girl and my birthday is May 20th 2008. I have been in several sport programs including Waynesboro Area Middle School Track and Field. I have tried out for the volleyball team, and in spite of not making the team I decided to join a team that accepts everyone no matter their differences. In Elementary I went to Mowery Elementary school and I helped raise food and money for those in need. I donated food, money, clothes, and soda can tabs to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charity. I grew up having an IEP so in Middle school I helped with the kids with disabilities or any other trouble, I helped them communicate and make friends, I helped them with some schoolwork, and the main part was making them feel like they were apart of something when they came to school. I play the Piano and I used to play the drums. I briefly learned how to play the Ukulele. I have been a part of the Superstar Twirlers Majorettes since 5th grade. I instruct flag and help the little kids out with hand cordination. My Color guard accepts anyone and everyone with any amount talent. We do about 50 parades in a year most ranging in pennsylvania. Being a part of these groups and some small clubs I have been in the past in school and out of school has helped me build strong communication skills with people of all ages and mental capacity. My schedule is very flexible, I have school and doctor appointments but besides color guard and piano my schedule is completely free. I am very good with kids and I used to watch kids.
I have never been academically inclined until I started taking History, I love history and my grades are quite good in that subject.
I have several awards for color guard at home and I am very proud of that.
