- As Engine Shop supervisor I was In charge of reconditioning of diesel engine inspection and test equipment, as well as leading a team of individuals to perform maintenance on board LCU amphibious crafts, This included but was not limited to electrical, propulsion, and auxiliary components. Detroit Engine based. The efforts of the team enabled several crafts to pass their Diesel inspections and SeaTrials with a score of 100% and no machinery or individual casualties.
- As a collateral, I also was in charge of Gage calibration for the Amphibious units, from hands-on calibration to performing several classes and training/ teaching courses to over 23 personnel on associated systems. Managed and led STO (safe to operate) walkthroughs, which enabled safety to be kept in the engineering plant.

Directly in charge on daily planning and management of 15 electrical plant employees and 40 Gauge calibration employes which was an adjacent department.
