In my opinion, i think everybody needs they're own hobbie. as it is something that can become everything in the future. I chose these hobbies because they help me in many different ways. going to the gym and going on runs benefits me by helping me be more responsible, consistent, and hard working, It can also help with time management ass well by having to wake up at a certain time. Fishing can help a lot with patience and concentration skills. i see it as a way to relax and reduce stress and anxiety. drawing and tattooing has been proven to "provide a protected, sheltered space to reflect on our experiences, ideas, and observations, and imagine how things might be different".
